Jakarta Tax Service Department is ready to help City Police's Special Crimes Detective (Reskrimsus) revealing the case of three oknum (rogue individuals) of tax staffs who were caught blackmailing hotel taxpayer.

"The case must be investigated completely until where has the fund flow gone. It becomes momentum to sterilize staffs in tax office," said Head of Jakarta Tax Service Department, Agus Bambang Setiowidodo, Wednesday (12/16).
"However, the revamping done is not enough. Some staffs who are all this time the part of officials demoted is also the part that need to be finished. If they involve in a crime, we are surely not hesitant to bring this matter to the court," he told.
Online System Eases Tax PaymentSetiowidodo asserted, his department sent the detective a right and has no intention to hamper them in investigating the case.
"None of DPP staff protected. No effort to give protection to anybody," he asserted.
In fact, he continued, the arrest case could be a learning for all staffs of the tax department.
"We will keep digging, who else the rogue staff. I'm sure staff performance will keep improving to realize new Jakarta," he expressed.
